?? for dat....use of vinegar?

for those of us NOT wanting to raise insulin.......what would you think of drinking vinegar with our dose of peptides.......then maybe we could eat a little sooner.......to expand further if our blood sugar crashes we can also get energy calories thru glycerol and not raise insulin as much & that will keep us both hydrated and keep from crashing

im thinking 2tablespoons vinegar with every dose, followed 20min later with white tea/glycerol/leucine/alanine.........then maybe a protien shake not long after that.......thoughts?
