How long is your typical blast?
Then how long do you usually cruise for before blasting again?
 
depends what compounds im using and what currrent goals are, but i typically blast for 12-14 weeks and cruise for around 10
 
As I have gotten older and more sensitive to compounds, realizing that at my age I'm not going to get much bigger nor much stronger. My blast are usually 8-12 weeks and cruise 16-20 weeks.

Before it would look more like blast 16 weeks and cruise 8 weeks.
 
I generally only compete in one show a year so I’ll “blast” through my prep.
I don’t run anything higher than TRT with a little HGH year round , I don’t want to get any bigger or try to maintain any more mass than I have.
 
I blast 16 then cruise 12. My bloodwork has shown this works well for me. Although i have a feeling my blasts are a lot more conservative than a lot of guys. Accompany that with the fact that im pretty certain i was using underdosed gear, so I should probably use more in the future.

After 3 to 4 weeks my cbc comes back to high reference range (its never too bad) and after another 3 to 4 weeks im golden. Spend another 4 weeks there and i start again.

Ill do this as long as i can.

I should mention ive started using more gh/slin during the cruise period than the blast so take that into consideration.

Cruise all winter blast all summer, summer being much shorter than winter where I live. I don’t compete and it’s not reasonable to expect to be at my peak or even close to it year round. In fact my valley is probably in better shape then most peoples peaks and I’m sure most of us could say the same.

Always stuck between examperiods, where the trainingfrequency is pretty low due to the gym being at least a half hour drive. I basically blast between those periods but regress a bit during my exams. I hate it lol. Car broke down a while a go too and didn’t want to start a blast when I could barely train. In a couple of weeks, I’ll start a blast again after a year. That’s going to be fun!

I think I’m blasting more than cruising. Every 20 weeks switching anabolics
 
It looks like im blasting wrong. I feel great when i blast and when I cruise. Ive always just taken enough to grow and probably why i never get too many sides. Maybe I need to push the dosages a bit in 2020 and see if i start feeling worse.

Hell If I know.. all I know is I cruise on 400mg test and tren E 200 when I feel like I’m getting fatter, and blast when I feel like it. my blasts are not grams of gear though. just enough to grow. I’m 100% diet believer than pushing the dose. So I shove down food.
But things ppl don’t tell you.. more gear; more growth. I compete in classic so I can’t grow more; it don’t make sense to me to lose it to make weight.

Your cruise is 400mg test and 200mg tren? So in other words you’re on tren year round?

I just add it in when I want to.. but majority of the time until last year; I took it out for a while
 
Im over hear thinking im pushing the envelope living the cruise life on the dangerous side with my 150 - 200mg test and 35mg trest ace a week.
