Cruises almost a year now. Blasts 10-12 weeks. I’d blast more often but don’t want to blast during very busy periods.

Always stuck between examperiods, where the trainingfrequency is pretty low due to the gym being at least a half hour drive. I basically blast between those periods but regress a bit during my exams. I hate it lol. Car broke down a while a go too and didn’t want to start a blast when I could barely train. In a couple of weeks, I’ll start a blast again after a year. I think I’m blasting more than cruising. Every 20 weeks switching anabolics
Hell If I know.. all I know is I cruise on 400mg test and tren E 200 when I feel like I’m getting fatter, and blast when I feel like it. my blasts are not grams of gear though. just enough to grow. I’m 100% diet believer than pushing the dose. So I shove down food.Whats your cruise to blast ratio?

But things ppl don’t tell you.. more gear; more growth. I compete in classic so I can’t grow more; it don’t make sense to me to lose it to make weight.
