For guys who have crashed their e2 with arimidex

How long did it take for you to recover and bounce back with estrogen? I been reading on trt excel and a lot of guys say that it took them 4+ weeks…even months to recover their e2 after crashing it with adex. Is this true?

Not true. Arimidex is a nonsuicidal inhibitor. Arimidex has a long half life of roughly about 50 hours, so depending on your dose complete elimination may take a week or so. From there Inject test less frequently and it should bounce right back. If you are very lean rebounding estrogen may take a bit longer, but not 4 weeks. The fatter you are, the quicker you will recover your estrogen.

You could also pop some dbol, test base or testosterone propionate to spike your estrogen up a bit quicker. Not a bad idea to have some dbol around just in case something like that happens.
