Do you realize that you are supposed to dilute these? They taste like hersheys syrup straight.........

I drink them straight with a water chaser, who cares if they're a little sweet? As long as they work I don't care what they taste like.

Mix them in juice, crystal light, water or milk if you have to.

Mix it with MILK or SOY MILK...put some in your coffee in the morning...it mixes well with anything you would add chocolate to.

I try to keep it at 1/2 bottle a day, but sometimes I go overboard and use 3/4 of a bottle
