For those of you dieting, what is your once a week cheat meal? I think everyone has a diff perception of a cheat meal. Some are super anal and think Subway is a cheat meal, where I would consider a cheat meal a large pizza, a pint of ice cream and maybe a few bear claws. That could easily be 3k cals in one meal which probably would hold you back a lot. So im curious to hear what some of your cheats are.
