Assuming you're bored :D take a look at the 2 pics in this link and tell me what bodyparts (if any) you think have regressed or improved in the 12.5 weeks between them being taken.

Yes, I'm posing slightly differently in the newer pic (legs are slightly farther apart, and I'm leaning over a bit more, with elbows pushed forward a bit more).

Overall the upper body appears just as lean but much fuller and rounder....chest, delts, traps, triceps....even your right arm looks an inch bigger. Legs look pretty much the same to me.....maybe slightly less seperation in the upper thigh area.

Overall 10 x better IMO.
 
I agree with Main. You are much fuller in your traps, chest, and delts...very apparent increase in size there. Arms look bigger overall. Maybe a VERY minute decrease in size of your upper portion of your legs but very hard to tell.
 
Gotta say the same thing as the 2 above Shelby. Traps are MUCH bigger, delts are way fuller, arms look to be way bigger and the chest is definitely more rounded and fuller. Only thing i would pick apart is the abs in the first pic look slightly better. But that is just absolute nit picking. You look great boss.

Delts and traps have a significant increase.. Slight increase in triceps and biceps.. Legs look the same.. Cuts are slightly not as deep in the abdominals.. Forearms look the same..
 
your whole upperbody looks much bigger, but i think you legs look slightly better in the first picture. i actually did not read the 8 pound thing until after i was done looking at the pictures . it seems that all went to you upper body. It could how your standing as well though as your legs are in a slightly different position but to my eye in the first pic the legs are fuller with better separation, but it is is only a very tiny difference.

the much bigger difference is happening in you upper body. it is much bigger and the muscles are much fuller. chest, arms,traps and shoulders all are bigger , pop more and are rounder looking, making the overall impact quite an improvement from 12 weeks ago
 
Traps,Chest,Shoulders,Arms are much fuller. Little more vascular in the green trunks, skin thinning out more???

Legs n calves look bigger in before picture (just a tad bit fuller) - maybe lost little inner quad from cardio??. (But has a lot of variables, depends on diet u were using then and now, how far away u was from other pic, etc)

Shelby, Upper body to me looks fuller overall, while legs are slightly less cut but overall size in legs is still the same....

Well I can't spill the beans on everything (this is what I do for a living and it wouldn't be fair to my paying clients) but I can say that a couple training changes have made a pretty big difference:

- Including one rest pause set of Hammer Strength shrugs at the end of every back workout (which for me is every 5 days or so)

- My shoulder "routine" (again, done every 5 days or so) is always one rest pause set (HEAVY) done unilaterally (one arm at a time) on the machine pictured below, then one straight set (very controlled) of a seated machine press done with a neutral (hammer grip). So just 2 sets, one rest pause then one straight set.
My shoulders have lot of tendinitis in them and I can't handle regular (pronated) overhead pressing at all, but the neutral grip hits my front delts nicely without any pain.
Delts get hammered a ton from chest and back work so I don't do much direct work, but this "routine" really caps them off nicely, both sides and fronts.

As lean and much bigger EVERYWHERE... traps and arms being the most obvious to me.

And honestly, I also think your legs look better in the after pic... no apparent loss of conditioning to me.

Really, Shelby, kudos to you!! :)
 
As most stated: Bigger, fuller, and still very conditioned! Shelby, it is fun to watch you go thru your changes, keep it up!
 
as JC said... you look much better in the after pics...
the quads might ACTUALLY MEASURE less than they used to... but that's a good thing... they used to throw off your physique and make your arms look smaller... now with bigger arms/shoulders, and relatively smaller quads, you have that perfect balance!
GO GET'EM!!!
 
How about this

For a discerning eye......everything in the second pic looks larger.....the on-off switch for the sauna, the sauna wood looks thicker.....everything really.

You also have some new veins in your right arm, i guess this pic is after a shoulder workout, it looks like your delts, tris and upper pecs are pumped from pressing
