I'm beginning to agree with Big A when he said "the only reason to come off is if your blood work comes back bad"
Now many non-competetive users develop blood pressure and blood lipid problems, particularly low to non-exsistant HDL and high LDL cholesterol just from moderate (around a gram of gear/week) 12 week cycles.
Most of the cycles I've seen by the guys who are on the majority of the year like Big A and Ry use a few grams of gear a week.
So my question (not to just Big A and Ry) is what does everyone in this similar situation do to keep there blood lipids in the normal range.
Obviously it would be poor for your health and heart to just live with it, so aside from cardio, limiting water retention, and diet what does everyone do to control these factors? or do you believe it's purely genetic?
