For those of you running high(er) GH doses

I think he is more worried about side effects. Some may not want the extra muscle growth if they grow a pot belly from it with abs.

this is honestly a kind of ignorant post. sorry to say. but without a ton of slin abuse I HIGHLY doubt 10iu-15iu of gh 3x's a week of growth would cause "growth gut". native igf-1 doesnt cause gut growth.
 
Started off with 5iu everyday during contest prep then bumped it up to 10iu a day, everyday. Been at that 4 weeks now with 1 week left as the show is now 2 weeks away and ill be dropping the hgh to reduce water the last week. I beleive it has helped me keep my lean mass while dieting but the worst side for me was the joint pain in the fingers which lasted for nearly 2 weeks before my body got used to it

Aaaah, so hyperbole is clearly unheard of here. No one wrote or implied that "10-15ius of GH" would cause a pot belly.

You feel it's synthetic IGF that causes growth gut? Or is there a high enough GH dose that may contribute to it? Very curious about this. How much is too much?

yes i think its synthetic igf along with visceral fat gain from slin abuse is the casue of "growth gut". if youre going to use igf (which i wouldnt) id use it in cycles and only around your workouts. dose would be different for everyone im sure but id say 50-75mcg is OK. it COULD be a combo of gh AND slin AND igf-1 but most pregnant looking pros take all that shit in massive doses so its hard to say if gh contributes to it or not. hope that makes sense. but some dudes that use high doses of JUST gh are saying they dont get the gut growth they heard about. but thats my opinion on it and please only take it as such.

No distended belly at all?-thats good news.How longf you been running like this?

well I definitely have somewhat of a distended belly. Very little subq fat, pretty sure its all visceral fat and a stretched stomach from all the food. When dieting down it almost goes away completly. My opinion is that the distended belly comes from visceral fat from using slin and just consuming large amounts of food.

I think big a said once he had a hernia operated on and the surgeon said they had to cut through 3 inches of visceral fat to get to it.

I usually only run the 15iu 3x a week method for a month or two with the slin.

I get distended belly when i bulk im not worried about that at all as long as it can be dieted off. I store most my fat as visceral but lose it easy enough. I wont do slin as im too prone to visceral fat and hate the pregnant look. Thanks for feed back

no i feel it is just blaoting as again im coming off a contest and my stomach is readjusting to more food

I read somewhere that dnp burns a good portion if visceral fat. anyone have any info or comments on this. (not trying to hijack)

very good read. I love these type of posts. My results are very similar. I haven't taken the doseages these guys take but i have always taken very high quality gh, notblue tops.
