I do not know the science behind this, and I do not know if it is very healthy, but it worked great for me ... I broke a one year plateau by 20lbs, im pressing 315 for reps overhead and I gained 15 lbs, 8-10 solid muscle ...

I went on a 10 week T3 cycle (my first) and I did not diet ... I just ate as much as I could, and didn't really lose much weight and gained a pound or 2 of muscle. But here's the kick, when I came off, I didn't cycle down as fast as a cycled up. Don't get me wrong, I didn't just STOP, but I went up for 4 weeks, stayed there for 4, and came down in 2. Anyways, my body rebounded pretty well, and I didn't really adjust my diet, so everything I ate turned to muscle ... Would also like to add that I'm only running 500mg a test E a week. I'm the heaviest and strongest I've ever been.
 
your lucky everything you ate didnt turn to fat instead
 
All you did was slow down your metabolism so that your body doesnt burn off the cals you take in so they are utalized more for growth. Same theory behind eating 3 HUGE meals per day instead of 6 small meals. Many members on here have mentioned it including i believe Massive G and DC

coming off it most likley did for a short time. Just like while on AAS your HPTA is shut down. Same shit. But it recovers faster.
 
well its awesome! haha, i can't wait to train again :p

Could also be the week off you took being a puss that let your body recover 100% and you came back stronger...
