I do not know the science behind this, and I do not know if it is very healthy, but it worked great for me ... I broke a one year plateau by 20lbs, im pressing 315 for reps overhead and I gained 15 lbs, 8-10 solid muscle ...
I went on a 10 week T3 cycle (my first) and I did not diet ... I just ate as much as I could, and didn't really lose much weight and gained a pound or 2 of muscle. But here's the kick, when I came off, I didn't cycle down as fast as a cycled up. Don't get me wrong, I didn't just STOP, but I went up for 4 weeks, stayed there for 4, and came down in 2. Anyways, my body rebounded pretty well, and I didn't really adjust my diet, so everything I ate turned to muscle ... Would also like to add that I'm only running 500mg a test E a week. I'm the heaviest and strongest I've ever been.
