For those that take propecia

I used to use heavily for years, my goals have shifted at 28 I now just want to remain as healthy as possible and be as attractive as possible. Just curious for the guys that do take propecia...
1. Do you still get morning wood?
2. Do you have any research showing that those of us on exogenous test will avoid the long term side effects? I remember reading a study showing propecia long term can actually change the ratio of muscle fibers in the penis. What's the point of looking good to women if my dick takes a hit? Absolutely pointless. I have used it several times myself and noticed I wasn't as hard as usual. Didn't stick it out long enough to see if the sides would go away.

Sides weren’t worth it for me. Libido wasn’t dead, just noticeably blunted. The bigger issue for me was very low mood, noticeably uninterested in things and ridiculous brain fog. Tried temporarily upping my TRT into the 1200 ng/dl range to see if it would make up for the lack of DHT, but it did not.

I've never seen any studies that showed finasteride change penis fibers

What propecia does do is lower dht levels systematicly

My sex drive seems about the same as before I used finasteride. It is goes lower it could be many factors

I've taken it now for well over five years and have found it works fine for me

Hard to get wood at all without viagra or cialsis

Works incredible for hair....keeps it thick... but completely stuffed my cock
My libido was still good... Just destroyed my ability to get hard and remain hard naturally.

I have been off it for 3 or 4 months now ... still no morning wood or wood at all and my libido seems worse now.

Yes, I get morning wood. But I'm on 600mg test and only just starting taking it with this cycle.

Tried it 15+ years ago. About 3 months in it was like trying to play pool with a rope. At that point I realized I'd rather be bald and able to shoot a cannon across the room than have a good crop and be a limp dick.

Not on any gear. late 30's. I have been on Propecia since 2010. I still get morning wood and haven't had any issues getting boners or performing. Haven't used any gear in about 15 years so i cannot answer question #2.

I'm a couple of weeks in but haven't noticed any loss of erectile function, nor any other negative side effects. I am on a TRT dose as well.
