For those that use ammonia

I'm finding all sorts of different products when I try to search for it.
Really curious to see what specific kind you guys use and if you prefer the small bottles of powder or the caps.
There aren't really any hardcore gyms in my area so I figure the powder is going to be a little more accepted in my case.

Ammonia caps like those used if someone passed out used by powerlifters to wake up and get psyched up. Way too much analysis over something minor. Usual looking for a secret substance etc.

Also known as smelling salts. Please don't be some douche and make a big scene trying to look hardcore ...

Can be done very inconspicuously. Caps at many drug stores. May see them to wall or something at doctor office. The kind in bottle much cheaper and they don't see to wear out or anything...

Called smelling salts over here in the UK.

Can get them from any chemist and most supermarkets.

Havent used them in a gym for years but still have a bottle in my van for when my nose or sinus are bunged up!!!

Whenever I but something from EFS I usually throw a couple in the order. Lots of guys are using nose tork now but I prefer the old sytle caps
