Yes nords do this to me at 4 iu and above

Joint pain like growing taller lol

Still is my favorite , more dry than others

Thanks for the reply. I backed down my dose and I am gonna wait until symtoms subside and then I am going to bump it back up and see what happens.

Did your pain ever go away? My pain was severe enough that it would effect my workouts....could not go heavy.

Yes it affected workout for me too, my grip also

What i did is go to eod and it stoped , i dont know why this happened maybe dose was to high

I always do eod with pharma grade now , same results , cost effective , no slin sensivity issues , no high blood sugar

On generics i never got these pains

Got it. So EOD rather than ED and did you run the same dose as prior or bump it down a little?

I plan on easing my way back up to my desired dose one my current pains subside.

EOD dosing is not cost effective, it’s the same as ED if you’re doubling your ED dose to pin EOD. 5/2 is cost effective.

Did any of you guys try backing down so no or minimal side effects and then observe for 2-3 months and see if it works at the more comfortable dose?
