during the final few weeks of your prep...how low do you calories actually tend to go?
then on top of that...how many calories do you reckon your functioning on after your cardio...
Bit of a random one i know...i have an endomeso type body...so i seem to have to go really low with cals and keep the cardio in there alot...which leaves me on not alot of calories per day..
