during the final few weeks of your prep...how low do you calories actually tend to go?

then on top of that...how many calories do you reckon your functioning on after your cardio...

Bit of a random one i know...i have an endomeso type body...so i seem to have to go really low with cals and keep the cardio in there alot...which leaves me on not alot of calories per day..

Just interested to hear your own personal experiences.

No idea, I start out with certain macros for each meal and adjust them downward as the diet starts to stall.. I then increase cardio and the diet stalls. Back and forth.

Never really count up the calories and I am sure everyone is quite different on how much they'll end up taking in.
 
Well I guess, 300 grams of pro/100 grams of fat...so around 2200 cals I guess. cardio is prob around an hour per day the final month, but really depends.
 
you know how i feel Medici.
dont need much cardio if diet is right and drugs are right. a little to keep metabolism revving but thats all thats required IMO.

holy shit, well never work with george farah then cause you could never eat what he will have your big ass eating, your calories are super low :eek:
 
I really don't change anything from about 2 months out. ...and when I have, it has backfired on me.

I think if everything is on you should need less cardio as you get closer. If the food is right, I can't see changing any of it unless you stall. I do get hungrier in the last week or two though.
 
At four weeks out this year I was still using a carb cycle. Protein stayed around 400g, carbs ranged from 100-300g, fats ranged from 50-140g. Calories never went below 3000 or so. And I'm only a light-heavy.
