Just to prevent osteoarthritis........partials are GREAT.......keep muscle tension.......no need to do an exercise that is actually done in a few other movements (safer)

Ass to the grass!Major Arthritis in both knees! I have to have cortisone shots before every hunting season now. (I should get them scoped) one surgery on left shoulder. I made a 3rd ranking in the world I'm the 220 class. ( a lot of good that did no one could care less about it) Now I can't even think about touching a straight bar on any pressing motions. All the lifts u mentioned contributed to my life long injuries. Wish I would have avoided them when I thought I could go like that forever! Great advice!
