Hey guys, so I’m asking for advice if anyone has ever experienced anything like this a little backstory about me: I’ve been training consistently for 28 years now and I’ve never experienced anything like this. I was training back twice a week and I had to reduce it down to once a week. My grip is extremely strong so it’s not like I’m gripping extra hard on any exercises. I took four months off of bicep training. I’ve done three PT sessions and a week ago. I had a doctor do a Kenalog injection in the area. It’s only improved by about 25% at best I also do a therapist stick every night for 5 to 6 minutes. I’ve tried a few bottles of BPC in the area with no relief so I’m wondering if anyone has any suggestions? I can train everything fairly easily, but it mostly hurts to grip like a glass of water or the motion of when I do allergy nasal spray for example it’s a very odd injury. Something I’ve never experience. Any advice would be welcome.

Try a muscle roller stick starting from wrist and work your way up. They are cheap on Amazon and work very well. Use straps at the gym and if any exercise aggravates it at the gym don’t do it and find a substitute. Will take time to heal

Is it tennis elbow? Theraband cured mine finally.

That’s one thing I haven’t tried yet
in the pic it looks like youre referencing the insertion point of that small muscle, i had something similar and the band worked. It would only hurt during odd tasks

Ya it’s strange man only hurts like gripping a cup mostly

Lookup voodoo flossing. I’d grab some and wrap that elbow and see if it helps free it up. Have a buddy wrap it super tight then force some full range of motion exercises. Does wonders.

I had similar issue years back, gripping causing pain in the area, so I figured trying to train the opposing muscles seeing as all we do is grip. I just used rubber bands and my gf’s hair elastics and would do finger extensions throughout the day. Kept some in my car, at my desk, by the couch etc and so Id just do it randomly throughout the day. For me it worked, it was many years ago but from what i remember it went away fairly quick

Will do thank you

Ok thanks man glad you got rid of it! 👏

My guess is you have tennis elbow despite you not mentioning where your pain is located.

He attached a picture pointing to it on his arm. 😂

Tennis elbow bro. Dig a finger into that spot and beat the fuck out of it massaging it. It give near immediate relief temporarily. But it’s an overuse injury. As long as you keep doing what has agitated it it will never go away. Trust me. Rest is prob the best thing for it.

I have the exact same thing right now. BPC-157 didn't help mine either.

This.
Common as shit.
Massage it, stretch it, rest it.
