Forearm pump/ pain..

When I do my bicep curls my upper foreram starts burning. The muscles near the top of the radius start to burn and the forearm gets so pumped that i can only curl my arm a little more than 90 degree. It sucks my biceps barely get worked/ tired while the forearm is Exhausted.. The only way i can do a lil bit is if supine/ externall rotate my forearm as far as i can and then curl.. but its still not making my biceps thick.. just giving it a lil bit of peak..

Can neone give me and exercise/ exercises to deal with this problem
 
If you wrap your thumbs around the bar that might be part of the problem... The forearm tends to come into play more when you keep your thumbs around the bar

Try a stretch and warm up for that Brachialis muscle.
Straight bar or EZ?
Mine gets choked full of blood and I have to shake it out before the next set.

Heavy dumbell curls on the bench are what kills me.
 
hurts more doing EZ curls .. but even if straight bar if i try go heavy it gets painful.. or even during dumbells if i go above 30 lbs :-( today i curled with 20 lbs and 15 lbs

The only bar i can use is the real thin straight bar whch have special plates with small holes.. and that too for not more than 9-10 reps..


I havent tried not wrapping my thumb around.. maybe i should try that next time.
 
Try getting a massage on the forearms if possibel.
Sounds like you have some tendonitits, and the muscles are bunched up and knotted.
You need to get them relaxed.
Try some stretching for them as well when not in the gym.
 
Try curling from an inclined position. This works the bi's from the stretch position. Angle an incline bench back to about 35-40 degrees. Let your arms hang down at the side with palms supinated. Curl the weight up but do not pull your elbows forward. You will not be using much weight here.
 
Sounds to me that you are bending your wrists a lot when you curl. Try curling slowly without bending the wrists. Bending the wrists can cause tendonitis to set in.
