When I do my bicep curls my upper foreram starts burning. The muscles near the top of the radius start to burn and the forearm gets so pumped that i can only curl my arm a little more than 90 degree. It sucks my biceps barely get worked/ tired while the forearm is Exhausted.. The only way i can do a lil bit is if supine/ externall rotate my forearm as far as i can and then curl.. but its still not making my biceps thick.. just giving it a lil bit of peak..
