When I first started competing it was in Tarrytown, then Syracuse for NYS Ironman then Rochester for Mr NYS. Not sure if that where they hold them now. Been out of it for awhile now. I was all natural until my 4th show after winning USA Natural. My first cycle was low dosage of Test and Deca. Hated the Deca Di you always got from it but it gave the wife a break from me..lol
Tried Tren but the cough was brutal so I couldn't stand it. I did well with just low dosages of Test. I always had my diet on so i never needed anything for cutting. Bulking I found was mostly diet again but I was religious to the 3 hour rule all day and night. Always wanted to try Growth but it was crazy expensive back then. Training was always 2 days on, 1 off, 2 on and then 2 off again and still to this day I use it and it works. Im 46 now. I find what most guys in the gym lack is intensity and heart, you gotta leave the stupid phone in your car and get serious when you walk on that floor. The Biggest i got was 255 at 68" height. Competed around 212-215. When I was natural I competed at 188 then up to 197. Found most supplements are garbage, nutrition with real food is always key. You gotta be a pro in the kitchen if you want to be a pro on the stage.
but I still like my L-Glutamine and Vita-C.
