Yeah, I didnt say they were fake only that form is bad. Most I ever curled strict was 135 lbs.

That’s still super impressive to me, I curl in the squat rack like a doooosh with a barbell but I have never attempted strict curls w/ a barbell I might try that next week.

That's is very true. They are freaking strong. Most of the guys in the world strong man competition are from those countries

Absolutely not .you could train all you want and it doesn't mean you are or going to get strong. It's there genetic. Then add aas to that mix and it gets crazy

It was a joke......obviously only the genetically gifted can compete at the elite level of strongman or powerlifting.
