I was under the impression that he had a motobike accident and is currently in the hospital recovering.

No I believe @alfresco was upset because we were talking about motorcycles in the other thread. Hence this thread. To my knowledge there are no new updates.

The other thread was closed? Was kind of interested in hearing others experiences with riding or accidents or close calls

Anyways, I do hope he makes a full recovery. I don’t think many people know the full extent of the injury, but the fact they’re keeping it so close means it must be pretty bad

Obviously a given we hope he makes a full recovery for himself, family and friends but on a lesser note for the bodybuilding industry as he seems to be doing a lot of good for grass roots bodybuilding and long may that continue

this is my concern as well. The accident happened Sunday and it's now Wednesday. Prayers out to Fouad that he will have a full recovery from this accident.

No need to white-knight and play the hero.
When looking at it, on its face these tribute threads are all well and good.
But then when you peel back the onion the tribute is just a bait and switch to
gatekeep and slap guys on the hand.
In the original thread many posted 'just be patient'
Well the Op of the thread could have been just as patient and not said anything. Instead of trying to be 'Johnny on the spot' with the 'i know something you dont know, nananana' tone.
When something traumatic happens, its only natural to ask questions or share similar experiences that others can learn from.
