i met him at the nationals in Saskatoon in 2006 damn nice guy really good personality.he was big then now he is just massive......

He's a great guy he trains at one of the gym's i train at, i met him at the Toronto Pro show a couple years back when he was unknown and he hopped out of the audience against an off-season Chris Cormier and was hitting shots up onstage you could see he had alot of potential, he looked about 215lbs then. So you can imagine that i just about shit myself when i saw this wall of muscle coming at me and i recognized him only now he was 300lbs, the photos don't do him justice I can't wait to see him on the olympia stage he's a straight up freak!

Was sad that they wouldn't even compare him to 4th or 5th. I'd deffinately say Leo Ingrim had a solid lock on 3rd, but Foad was in the mix with either 4th or 5th and wasn't called out till much later on.

out of curiosity bulldog what type of training does he follow. he looks like he moves serious poundages.

I believe he worked a few years back with Dante but I could be wrong so he was training DC for awhile.

I know he mentioned having to tone back a few things as he had some minor injuries he was working around but he had stated he still goes as heavy as he can.

I believe if I remember correctly he told me he was going 2 on 1 off 2 on 1 off repeat so that he was hitting the same bodypart every 5 days or so...

I used to workout in the same gym In Windsor Ont as he and Lou Joseph for a few yrs , He has come soooo far since 2003 when i first saw him working out...He will carry on in fine form, he keeps improving year after yr..

So far what i've seen him lift is 500lb squats, 405lb reverse grip barbell rows and 300lb pulldowns, I have no doubt he could lift more but it's possible he's decided to lighten up.
