it's funny to go through old magazines and read ads for "sure fire" results promised and the companies are out of business in a year or two. that and some of the weird ass work outfits they had some guys wear for feature stories. i better not describe any - don't want to offend some that may wear them today - like little slice.

I have the entire series of his books. Different body parts. All first editions.
Some impressive arms back in the 40’s and 50’s. Bought them for a 'song'
in a used book store 30 years ago. They are 5 1/2 x 8 inches. Mint condition.

My favorite of all time was a supplements companies arm routine built into the ad. So it was like 4 pages of ad in Flex and it had this insane "add an inch to your arm in one workout" claim. I think it was 100 sets or some nonsense. But you had to use cell-tech or some similar shit for it to "work".

And yes my dumb teenage ass at the time tried it.
