Found out some great news...

First of all i've been away for a while so hi again everyone, not too well known but still feel one of the family. Had a few problems a while back where i posted about my infertility issues well...my wife is 3 1/2 months pregnant so looks like I am back in working order and we are both over joyed. it's our first so it's amazing news (and scary ), so just wanted to say thanks to all the members who had previously gave such kind words and advice especially dad, tp4u and oldfella. also phil h read your news about your expected arrival too so congrats to you also mate.

time to stop feeling down and get back in shape...no one wants a fat dad
