Fractured Shoulder

OK Bro's My shoulder has been bothering Me since November & I couldn't figure out what it was until finally I broke down & went to the ortho & I have/have had a fractured shoulder...now the question is...anyone know the expected recovery on this sort of thing?

Or what precautions/products/supplements I should take to help the recovery process..?

ask your physician it'll be more good, but in general dont work to hard with other shoulder too or run etc because i had a friend with one arm broken and plaster on it then he played cricket with other one hand and doctors operated his broken hand 3 times because everytime bone would've misplaced from where they set it. So take a rest
