I dont believe everything I hear or read. This stood out though, Frank Zane saying creatine isnt good for your body, it just makes you retain water and take atp instead,
Ive been taking creatine nonstop for just about sixteen years. I have taken months break here and there, but from what i know it isnt an issue. Anyone know the science?
does it effect creatinine/bun levels long term? or cause any other sides?
