SHBG is not some horrible thing that robs us of our gains. This is old-school bro science b.s., and is in the process of dying a slow, hard death as more and more science emerges.

The idea that Boron chronically lowers SHBG is also a myth that originated by the wannabe "science experts" who only read abstracts.
