You are NOT supposed to lower shbg.
Shbg is needed to transport Test to other tissues.
Crashing shbg is the most stupid thing you can do. Having it at double digits it's the best.

Do some research about how shbg works.... It's there and it goes up and down with nutrition aka insulin it's not just a case....

i DONT lower shbg. i do nothing

Many have crashed SHBG and yes it sucks. Makes test less potent and also makes e2 harder to control.

what i was trying to get at more specifically are there men out there who except lower total testosterone reading because they have high free testosterone numbers without taking any additional drugs/supplements, etc.

my example. my script is for 150mg per week. i take 2 divided doses of 75mg per week.

TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL, MS 837 NORMAL 250-1100 ng/dL
TESTOSTERONE, FREE 231.0 HIGH 35.0-155.0 pg/mL

technically i could lower my dose pretty substantially and still be high end free test.
*my physician uses total test to determine my dose
