Was only able to grab a pound because there wasn't any left and that was at like 1pm. Was a little pissed off because they had mixed non grassfed regular price beef in with the sale stuff and at the meat counter had unpackaged ground labeled as grassfed but weren't telling people unless they asked it was weird because that was on sale as well. Very confusing at my store chatted with several people who were kind of pissed as well about the stuff being labeled and mixed in with the sale.

Which location was that?
The one I went to had it around 11am when I went.
I got 10 lbs of the stuff, my friend went later and they were out. They said that only 500lbs were available of the sale beef.
10Lbs purchased..the 2 people I saw purchase it where ladies ..only 2 lb and 1 lb
They asked this guy if he wanted to buy some..he looked at them like they were trying to scam him or something.. Lol
K so my family and I tried in the next few days ..Friday..sat..sun..and At first I was like..I cant tell the difference..then my wife made grass fed and sirlion burgers...She gave me sirlion
I was like..wtf is this shit it isn't grass fed..she like its sirlion..I was like that's fine..u can have this..please get me a grass fed TYVM Lol
Holds together better when you cook it and taste..pretty dam good..Its not icecream or anything
And to be honest I am not rich enough to justify paying 8$$ per lb for ground ....especialy since I eat alot of meat..my bill would be HUGE..
Bumping Whole Foods sale. Got in on it as well. Grass fed- free range, doesn't get any better unless you can get some wild deer, or better yet- elk. There is a place on Maui where you can get elk for $4. per lb. Comes from New Zealand, fresh and the cleanest meat I've eaten yet. Maui Cattle Company is spot on to.
