How about lose skin hanging? That can be a big problem after losing nearly half your body weight.

That's what I mean. Much of that can be tightened up outpatient today.

Not sure if it is outpatient, probably depends on how extensive. It is amazing how well the surgery can improve the look and it feels better too. It is to another extreme, but ive watched patients from "600 lb life" go through it on the series "Skin Tight". It leaves some noticeable scars but seems well worth it. Maybe she wont even need it.

It's outpatient. But that's a year off and I'm not a cosmetic surgeon. I don't watch those shows but I do know the procedure I'm talking about is outpatient.

Losing 100lbs in a year is impressive, even more so for a female. Kudos to her!

Agreed. My advice for her stems from a question I've asked others: Do you know what's 10X easier than losing 100 lbs? LOSING 10 LBS. When she's ready to stop dieting, she should semi-regularly get on the scale. When she hits some pre-determined max (5 lbs or so), then it's time to tighten up the calories.

Been working with her over the last year and change. 11 months CKD with one fast day every other week with sustained AM and PM cardio plus 2 days per week weight training. Full body workouts both days. Down 103lbs as of today. Called me in tears to say she's wearing XS scrubs today from XXLs. Currently 117lbs down from 220lbs. 53 years old. I think she looks fantastic! Cut her resting heart rate by 30% and her BP and cholesterol are normal. She is no longer taking metformin. Her glucose clearance times indicate she is no longer type-II diabetic. Hepatic panel all normal. Today is a good day!

Wow congrats to her but to you as well brother. Great job.if she is married her husband will hit it all the time now i bet is she is single she is getting a new wardrobe for sure
