1 thru 20 eq at 600mg per week
1 thru 20 deca at 400mg per week
1 thru 10 test e at 1000mg per week
10 thru 20 test e at 400mg per week
1 thru 20 test prop 200mg per week
13 thru 20 anavar at 40mg per day
16 through 20 tren ace 100mg per day
Igf1 lr3 20-16 12-8 4-1 50mcg post workout on workout days
Diet is around 250g protein 75g carbs 50g fat
Cardio 20 minutes a day fasted
