If you eat like shit, just cleaning up your diet will make you drop weight a lot faster than anything. I don't mean diet like cut calories either. I mean still eat a lot but clean it up and only eat good foods. Tons of green leafys, brown rice, etc...After you clean up your diet for a couple of months and yo plateau from just eating good you can start to restrict calories and lose that way now. You don't want to restrict your calories when you first start to eat clean because you won't have anywhere to go but up from there. And when you want to lose more weight you'll already be at a low cal level. Then after all that introduce the stimulants and hit them hard core for 3-4 weeks to really lean out. Good luck bro
