I went in the afternoon today, and that was a horrible idea. So many kids, crowding everything. Almost left, but knew I wouldn't come back later. I used the crowd to fuel my rage and ran through this session pretty quick, and managed to not murder anyone (lol). Def going back to 7am sessions to avoid the crowd!
 
Friday 12/23

Couldn't sleep for shit this morning, so I went and got my cardio out of the way at 4am. Felt like shit the rest of the day. I absolutely nailed my training and diet this week, and everything looks better in the mirror. I've got arms/abs in the morning, then Xmas dinner in the afternoon. That will be my one cheat meal* for the week!

*After I typed this, I realized I had wings with a lady friend on Weds. Still stayed in a 1000 cal deficit, though.

Cable Pushdown- 10/10/20/x, tempo work on the last set to failure
DB Curl- 10/10/10/20

Single Rope Extension- 10/15+5+3/20, rest pause on set two
Reverse Curl- 10/10+10/15, drop set on set two

BB Curl- 10/20/x, tempo work to failure on last set
DB OH Extension- 20/20/20, did these one arm at a time, elbow out and brought the DB down to the shoulder. Smoked the lower tricep!

Skull Crusher- 20/15/12+10, drop set
Spider Curl- 10/10/10+10+10, drop set

DB Skull Crusher- 20/20
DB Hammer Curl 20/20

Finally got a good night's sleep and felt GREAT. Weight is back down to 260 and waist is down almost an inch from where I started a month ago. Things are moving in the right direction. Doses are peaking this week at 1200 test and 1000 EQ. Will run that for a month and prob switch the EQ out for Mast/Tren. I am also going to experiment with low dose dnp/clen. I don't love either one, but I think a low dose of each might be the best of both worlds. Maybe. lol

Single Leg Curl- 15/15/15/15, 30 sec rest

Split squat- 8/8/8, pause halfway up on last rep. Still fucking hate these!

Calves/adductors- 4x15, 30 sec rest

Had a bad reaction to a shot from Monday, and had horrible joint pain. I did the best I could, but my body was telling me to take it easy. Feel much better today, so will do 60 min cardio this afternoon. As an update, here is the current cycle-

1200 test e
1000 eq
6iu GH
50 anavar (just found these, probably only have 3 weeks worth)

Also going to start using 25mcg clen and 100mg DNP tactically to break through fat loss plateaus, not every day.
 
Thurs 12/29

BACK

Face Pull/ Straight Arm Pulldown- 4x15/15, short rest periods

Reverse Grip Pulldown- 8/8/15+8RP+7DS/12, tempo work on all but the main set

Cable Row- 8/8/15+8DS+7DS/15

Shrug- 2x15, focused on contraction and stretch

DY Row- 4x8, biiiiiiig stretch, low rest periods

Rear Laterals 4x15, short rest periods

Back to 100% today, and pushed accordingly. Going to be very sore tomorrow.

Diet was garbage this day, and paid the price. Woke up on Saturday 6.5 lbs heavier.

Saturday 12/31

Had brutal back and calf pumps from the water retention, so to fix that I did- 2 gallons water, 30 min in sauna, 100mg DNP (to help burn through the glycogen at rest), and only 2 solid meals, very little carbs. Woke up today down 4.5 lbs.

Leg Press- 10/10/15/20

Single Leg Curl- 10/15/10(tempo) + 10(partial) + X/Repeat set 3

Lunges- 8/8/10

Hypers- 8/8/10

Skipped cardio because I was short on time. Will try to make up tomorrow.

Diet today- 222p/243c/59f (gonna try to do this more)
 
Update- Last couple weeks have been crazy, getting back into the swing of my busy season with work. I have realized I just don't have the drive to compete right now, but I do want to keep making progress. I have dropped about 10 lbs in the last 2 weeks and feel pretty good! I have been dealing with a pretty major skin condition on my face, and that is finally getting back under control, which feels good.

Training- I was getting so beat up training 5x/week and have since cut back to EOD, with 60 min cardio on off days. Doing a simple PPL rotation, so I am hitting the same bodypart every 6 days.

Diet- Stayed about the same, but more intuitive. I eat more if I feel I need it that day, or less if I don't. I have been tracking macros with a spreadsheet, and cals have averaged about 2700/day.

Gear- Honestly just got burnt out pinning so much, so I am running this through the end of March- 400 Test E, 500 EQ, 200 Mast E, 200 Tren E, 8iu GH. Also doing 25mg Proviron (mostly for the sex drive and sensitivity) and some random amount of Anadrol PWO 1-2x a week.

Ancillaries- I am using a small amount of clen/DNP tactically on lower carb days, which is typically 2-3x a week. This shit makes me feel terrible if I take it for more than a few days, but I find I really don't need much (25mcg/100mg).

Thank you! I am sure that I will, it's just a matter of when. I am at least going to get to 230 this year and probably just hold it for a while, then push again to get shredded next year.

Awesome and hopefully you'll get to keep it once you get back to where you were before all that started..keep grindin'!

Even at 230 you could still add muscle and then get lean next year.
