I decided to finally post this. I think it is time to show everything openly.
At first I wanted to put it in my LOG but I decided that if I put it there it would get lost in the thicket of many pages of this thread and by starting a new post there will be a possibility that more people will see it and maybe it will be a bit of both a warning and give hope and faith.
I was wond that even the worst-looking problems can be reversed if we don't give up, believe in it, and trust in God.
I'll just add that it's all thanks to bodybuilding and my love for it. I know it sounds silly, but when I realized something had happened that could take away my ability to continue doing it and living the lifestyle I love more than anything, I really would rather be dead than alive and not be able to do it because I'd be miserable, and life without happiness is worthless for me.
Let's get to the point.
I did not want to share my worst blood results from the time when my liver problems started. Now I can say with 100% certainty that the main cause was severe mercury poisoning. The SEO product, synthol, that I used was contaminated. I only found this out about six months ago. At that time I had absolutely no idea. None of the doctors around me could figure out what was happening.
Many doctors in Poland had no answers. Some even started talking about liver transplant as the only option. One doctor who did my elastography told me I had cirrhosis.
But I wasn't willing to give up and seek someone else's opinion, so the next day after I was told I had cirrhosis, I went to the best radiologist in my country and repeated the test. He confirmed there was no cirrhosis, only fatty liver. The first diagnosis was wrong.
Please remember this. Even specialists can be wrong. Always get a second opinion. We are all only human.
The only people who truly helped me were my doctors from India. They were the only ones who agreed to work with me. We cooperated fully online. From the very beginning they told me clearly: there is no cirrhosis, this is toxic damage, and it is reversible. They said I just needed time and the right protocol. They were calm and confident when everyone else was talking about transplant.
If not for my doctors @rhinomight from India, I honestly believe I would not be here today.
Today, compare those old results with my current ones. Keep in mind I am after three very hard training days in a row, so slightly elevated AST and ALT mean nothing in this context.
Exactly three years have passed since that moment. I managed to bring everything back to normal. I am deeply grateful.
The first two screenshots are from April 2023 (the worst moment)
the next 3 ones are from yesterday, February 11, 2026.
I hope this helps someone - I'm just being honest as always and I'm not ashamed to admit my mistakes, but I'll always do everything I can to fix them, and I also hope no one else makes them, which is why I'm sharing this
