DHB might have contributed as an extra stressor, but it definitely wasn’t the main cause. The main issue was mercury toxicity. DHB just didn’t help the situation.

As for retatrutide, you’re missing the context. It actually helped me get back to full liver function and overall health. No pancreas issues here.
I’m using 0.5–1 mg per week, which is a microdose. Clinical doses are much higher, starting around 3 mg and going up. So this isn’t comparable at all. Completely different use case.
