Yes, I have always had trouble with my arms, they have pretty much stayed around 16 inches cold flexed no matter what(they do get very defined though). Chest/ chest exercises are getting better, I recently had a friend help me with my chest exercises form. I can bench pain free, feel it in my chest and triceps... not shoulders. It has already grown a bit, and should continue to.
AS far as arms, i've been thinking syntherol.... not going to lie. My arms have almost no fat on them, pumped up it hurts like heck, and skin is super super tight(good features for syntherol use?). Run Big As protocol for biceps and triceps, stretch like hell, and keep doing what i'm doing.
I will hire someone most likely if feasible but i'm just now graduating college sooo need to find a new job and all that grown up shit first. haha
GAME PLAN: keep gaining(2-4 months), hire someone for 12-16 weeks out in 2-4 months(if money is there, if not ill just do my best on my own and get ideas from board members)...I believe I could take myself to a week out, but I would need help with water/sodium manipulation.
