Got a pretty good bloat going on right now.
Making slow progress, but who said it happens over night.

Also, notice the empty walls in my apartment. I really need to do some home decor.

Looks like you have added a substantial amount of all around thickness (Good thing and what the goal should be) since August. With the exception of the distinct shape of your quads it could be said that you hardly resemble the before picture. Keep plugging away, this sport is long term investment = long term gain.

what kind of work are you doing for your lats?
I have been rotating between rack pulls and deadlifts everyother week, pull ups, close grip pull downs, T-Bar rows. But I think the biggest thing that is contributed to my improvements in my lats is stretching them.

Thank B-Boy. I have those legs that have "skinny knees"..lol When I have shorts on, looks like I have nothing there for leg muscle.

Cant ask for anything more than that. Whatever youre doing now is working well. I think your quads look good, especially your vastus medialis (tear drop).

Mike Wonzey for giving me some different appraoches.

I am doing a lot of things different this training cycle and it seems to be working.

Thanks everyone. I have 5 more weeks of this training/diet cycle then I am going to cut back on training/diet a little. Just started to to include cardio 3 x weeks for 20 min LIT. After 5 weeks I am going to give my body a rest for about 6-10 weeks then go back to training my ass off and eating like a made man.
