Fruit causing breakouts/acne?

Hey guys,
Curious if you have ran across this issue before. I have started adding more fruits to my daily diet starting about 3 weeks ago and since then i've noticed breakouts getting worse and more apparent. This sounds totally counterintuitive but has anyone else experienced this? Really the only fruits i'm consuming on a daily basis is apples, and then at night i will make a smoothie in my vitamix which consists of
2 cups of blueberries
1-2 bananas
1 scoop of protein

Has anyone else noticed increased acne or nodules from the addition of fruit to their diet?

Did you change your AS dose, calorie intake, training or anything else?

Nope not taking any aas just trt. Dropped my calories quite a bit specifically carbs. I did a low dose dnp run which increased my sweating quite a bit. Other than that the thing that stands out the most is the fruit protein smoothies every night that I never use to do before, and the occasional diet soda. I'm almost completely sure it's the result of these smoothies, trying to figure out if it's the sugar component or if I have an allergy to bananas or blueberries. I get the same type of breakouts from peanut butter hence why I never eat the stuff anymore.

LOL

No shit! bro

The only 2 vitamins that you need to eat everyday are B Vitamins and C Vitamin.

The body dont have a storage for this vitamin Like A and D.

Vitamin C = Collagen. It make the skin healthy, it keep the Teeth Gum healthy.

Its also a Anti-oxidant and reduce anti-inflammation.

Guys on Bodybuilding diets with only white rice and chicken tru out the whole day is a disaster waiting to happen. No fats, No Vitamin C. No vitamin A, No vitamin D.

Vitamin C lower estrogen too.

BigMatt I dont' think anyone will say otherwise but isn't there some remote possibility of having some sort of delayed food allergy from certain foods? I know this to be the case for me especially when i eat peanut butter. If i eat any peanut butter within days i get cysts or breakouts around my body. So maybe there is a food allergy component to this, or maybe it is the large amounts of sugar in some of these fruits?

through trial and error, you could cut out fruits one by one and see what happens, obviously.

Has stress seemed worse lately
