Do you eat fruits and Vegetables daily in your diet?
 
Fruit as part of my post workout meal occasionally.

Veggies? Never. Hate them.
 
I mix brocoli or cauliflower rice a lot of time with my protein. I hardly ever eat fruits. I would love too, but my trainer has me on basically a no carb diet.

I love apples, if I'm not in a diet, I will have 2 or 3 pieces of fruit a day.

Cucumbers, broccoli, lettuce and tomatoes are my usual vegetables.
 
Veggies hater here. I throw in some nuts on a daily basis but that's all. I'm also intolerant to apples, pears, peaches, cherries and what else...being me sucks
 
I love vegetables! Fresh cucumber tomato dill salad. Raw salad of kale, red cabbage, carrots, shaved Brussel sprouts, Savoy cabbage, spinach, any combo of at least 3 from there with yogurt dressing. Fruits too. Where I'm at fruits and veg are abundant and cheap, plus they are vital to nutrition. Just cause you pound chicken and rice all day and grow you could still be malnourished missing vital nutrients. Blows my mind how many people don't eat them, especially here with so many supposedly health conscious people

Definitely include as much veggies as I can. Sometimes when I make taco meat, I will run red and green bell peppers and an onion through the food processor (not quite a puree, but very small chunks) and stir it all in.

It adds a great flavor to the meat, and you don't even notice the texture. It's a very easy way to boost my son's vegetable intake.

I always eat a lot of apples/bananas/papaya. Also drink a lot of natural orange juice.
Иге there is no cut and dry answer for proper diet (for body building or weight loss). One of the best things you could hope to do for your body if you're building would be to make sure you hit your macro's and add in more protein.

I only eat vegetables and some fruit when I want to be healthy!
 
Everything in moderation. A couple of pieces of fruit everyday is going to be more beneficial then harmful for anyone including diabetics. The stringent diets people follow these days can be appreciated for there devotion/dedication but its truly unnessary to be so extrem imo.
