FST 344 while off cycle?

Can FST344 be used while off? Been dieting awhile and now that I’m off I’ll be increasing calories, so I thought this would be a good addition. Will be using While in PCT, On HCG/HMG. I read something about it inhibiting FSH so I was a bit concerned. Thanks!!
