Dear readers.
I would like to introduce you some independent tests ran on the Somastim, which offers pharma quality western GH production (we don't carry FDA license, but follow strict USP standards)
As part of our quality assurance process we follow the full comprehensive USP chemical and biological assay tests, done mostly in our facility, but like in this case also by an independent institution. One of the tools for chemical assay is the full sequence amino acids test which I introduce here
This attached test maps the exact amino acids configuration of the GH molecule, to confirm its exact precise identity to the human piturity origin GH.
I ask a mod pls to contact me so I may show him the authentic document so he may verify it in front of the institution which conducted the tests (this is one of the leading institutions in the world in this field)
Below is a brief explanation from my professor who ordered the tests, and attached your may find the summery from the inspector and the exact results of the mapping of the GH -
The protein is digested by proteoplytic enzymes (trypsin and chemotrypsin),
to provide peptides.
The lysate (the fraction containing the peptides) is analyzed by Liquid
Cromatography Mass Spectrometer (LCMS). The mass of each of the peptides is
calculated.
Then, the computer concludes what should be the full protein (origin of the
petides) comparing to known database of proteins.
Also, the full lentgh of the tested sample comparing to the protein from
literature.
In our case, the protein in literature is the pro-protein human Growth
Hormone, 217amino acids, that undergo cleavage in the body to 191amino acid
when it is secreted from the cell (the correct sequence of the hormone).
The result indicate that the tested sample contains the corerct sequence of
the hormone
