Alright guys, about time I get some full body shots of me. I have a long way to go in my opinion. My goal is to compete May 30th, so I am looking to for you guys to tear into me. My hammy's just lag so much behind. I have a lot of work to do, but that is how it goes. The pics are not the greatest, but they will do.

you're a monster. what do you do for calves? the inner and outter heads look really symmetrical.
 
damn... you already have striations in your quads... not much fat to go and you got plenty of time... excellent progress bro
 
Thanks guys. I have some time to keep etching the lines into my body, hopefully it all comes together in the end. Just need to keep that balance in my life while doing this leaning up time!

B-Rad - I just train my calves every other day, nothing special.

If you guys have any suggestions on hamstrings, feel free to shoot them my way. I know they will get tighter and more condition as the weeks go on with the eating plan. Open to suggestions. Thanks.

Lenny, you look great man. I am not a pro, and never competed for that matter, but what I see is a great upper body, very well conditioned legs, but IMHO you need more inner quad and hamsrting. From the side they (h-strings) dont look bad though.

Have you tried leg press with feet positioned high and toes out? this hits hams and inner thighs very well. Also heavy lunges have doen wonders for my hams..........

Again you look phenominal, man and like others said...plenty of time

Thanks Coastal for you feedback. I have not done the leg press in awhile like that. I have been sticking to basic squats, deadlifts, leg curl, and Lunges. But, I may have to toss the good ole leg press back in there!

Nice, well balanced physique. Wide shoulders, thick arms and legs to match. You look alot bigger than 184 in those pics.

Just a question about your obliques though... do you train them? Cause damn they're huge! :eek: It's obvious in the ab-thigh pose. IMHO they're too big: your waist would look much smaller without them... and your overall look even better.

That is funny you say that because I have someone tell me that before. I totally agree the obliques look too big and really can't put it together of why they developed like that. All I do is hanging leg raises, bicycle crunch, and a lot of weighted crunches (which my be the reason for that).

I want to have the perception of a smaller waist, damn obliques...why can't my other body parts grow like that:confused:
 
Looking good Lenny, just keep at it. You have a pretty well balanced physique, just a few details that will come in with the diet, you should do pretty well.

Lenny ^^^^ what they said - great symmetry and size - Upper body is off the chain! I'd say it's all diet now - when you get cut up, you'll look twice as big! Great work - go for the gold man!
