How many of you guys have used test prop/gh going into a show? The show I did last weekend we had dropped gh 2 weeks before, and test 8 weeks out. I carbed up starting wednesday-500g thursday-750g friday-1,000g saturday 1,400g. The show was late, so we needed extra carbs for fullness. We threw back in 10ius of gh on monday, and by Tuesday my fullness post lift was insane (i started back on prep diet monday @ 100g carbs 300g protein 150g fat). Since adding it back I feel much fuller and more vascular.
Thoughts/opinions?
This was my first showing as a SHW-6'1" came in on stage at 240. (I know, small for my height)
edit: i will also add, i only had 1 meal post show- eggs, potatoes, 1 cinnabon. Sunday I ate normally-maybe 4.5k calories total..just an easy rest day
