I regularly supplement with these because of all the supposed health benefits-
detoxification, removal of free-radicals, cleansing blood/liver/kidneys, enhanced nutrient uptake, anti-inflammation, GLA content (spirulina), BP benefits etc..
I used the search function but didnt get much in the way of results (besides with ACV, which were good reads)
does anyone have any thoughts/research about these things?
