Lol this is hilarious. Very accurate too, I've pretty much given up on trying to make chicken breasts taste good.

Im eating an amazing grilled Korean marinated chicken breast right now. Wouldnt trade this for anything. Have a Vietnamese lemon grass chicken for later which is just as amazing. I used to think chicken breast couldnt taste good or have good texture then I took some time and learned to cook it properly and marinate it well. No added fat or sugar needed. Gotta say i love all these videos though

Sure they arent exact as I go by look and my own taste

Koren chicken:

gochujang 2-5tbs (depending on how spicey you want it)
2 tbl ginger and garlic
2tbl mirin
1/4-1/2 low sodium soy sauce
1/4 lemon juice
1/4 rice whine vinegar
0.5-2 tbl sesame oil (for flavor you dont need much)
marinate 6-24hrs depending on how much time you have

Lemon grass
Add to food processor
Lemon grase 4 stems chopped
Basil 1/8-1/4 cup dried (fresh is better)
1 bunch cilatro (fresh)
2 tbl garlic and ginger
1/4 cup (or more) coconut milk ( i used reduced fat because thats what I had)
1-2tbl oil of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Process until smooth. Marinate 6-24 hrs

These can be baked or grilled. Wrap in tin foil and add some of marinade if you are going to back. 15-30min at 350 depening on how many and the size. But they should be pretty tender still when you stick a fork in. The key is to not over cook them

I have more recipes but dont have them on this computer and I apologize i dont want to type more right now but if people are interested I can dig up some more when i have free time this week.

I just pulled some chicken off the grill that was marinated and basted in a soy/ginger sauce... Just freaking out of this world!

The meal before that was dry rubbed venison

Delicious chicken aside, that is a funny ass video!

But while prepping... Eating sometimes just blows lol I think I used a bottle of frank's red hot a week

Funny video. Very true. I just have to keep finding quick easy recipes online to change it up. I say quick and easy because after working all day then hitting the gym the last thing I want to do is cook a massive amount chicken with a 20 step recipe. Marinades are always good too.
 
Marinade marinade marinade. Complex shit is for impressing a date. Otherwise 10 minutes prep is tops

I have the best luck when I marinade for a couple of days and cook it only a piece or two at a time. Otherwise, I feel just like this guy.
