Care to share the recipes? I'm well over my repetitive menu
Sure they arent exact as I go by look and my own taste
Koren chicken:
gochujang 2-5tbs (depending on how spicey you want it)
2 tbl ginger and garlic
2tbl mirin
1/4-1/2 low sodium soy sauce
1/4 lemon juice
1/4 rice whine vinegar
0.5-2 tbl sesame oil (for flavor you dont need much)
marinate 6-24hrs depending on how much time you have
Lemon grass
Add to food processor
Lemon grase 4 stems chopped
Basil 1/8-1/4 cup dried (fresh is better)
1 bunch cilatro (fresh)
2 tbl garlic and ginger
1/4 cup (or more) coconut milk ( i used reduced fat because thats what I had)
1-2tbl oil of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste
Process until smooth. Marinate 6-24 hrs
These can be baked or grilled. Wrap in tin foil and add some of marinade if you are going to back. 15-30min at 350 depening on how many and the size. But they should be pretty tender still when you stick a fork in. The key is to not over cook them
