Gains on sustanon 250 mg per week

With good training and diet, can you expect decent gains on 250mg of pharm grade sustanon at 250 mg per week?

I know the dosage is on the low side, but it is a supra-physiological test dosage.

I am very thin, so pretty much a newbie.

Exactly what he said. Someone could shoot a gram a week but if their diet is not adequate to sustain new muscle growth or if they do not put in the work then the results will be minimal.

If you are wondering if it is possible to get decent gains though from such said cycle then yes.

My very first run on gear was 250mg sustanon every 7 days and 10mg dbol daily and it blew me the fuck up. Now mind you I started training when I was 13 and didn't touch the stuff until I was 26 so I had already developed a good foundation but yeah, it's enough to get the job done.

Food is highly anabolic, concentrate on that first then your training and then when you add in peds the results will be very good.

I think that's a perfect start and yes you should make some good gains. Don't get caught up with dosages you hear and think it's to low, that use to be standard starting point. Train hard and get diet on point because if you don't you will always look back and wish you had, I'd love to go back and do my first few runs again. It was so much fun back then

Do you think the chance of bloat/moonface at 250 mg per week is lower than higher dosages? I know it is also related to diet, but controlling all diet related factors, what you think?

250mg is not a perfect start.

For how long you have been working out naturally? how old are you, can you post a photo, before you start any hormones, have blood work, and blood disorder test.

My first cycle was 1 sust redi ject a week and 30 mg winny Ed for ten weeks my diet was on point I put on a solid 18 lbs and was happy as hell

250mg per week is far too much. You should be able to compete at a national level at a fraction of that dose. If you can't your diet must be crap so you should be ashamed of yourself. Superdose vitamin d with 12.5mg per day and if you can't get pro calibre within 25 years I would stop training.

For some gains don`t need any hormones, just workout and eat good food.

With 250mg and with average genetics he can be national level competitor in 8 years. I ask him to post a photo.

One sust a week is perfect. I would split this into 14 doses and hit it up both AM and PM.

250mg is not a perfect start.

Besides all the other stuff he is strictly asking what to expect from taking 250 mg a week. Not if he should or shouldn't or what precautions to take. He is worried that it is to low and I'm just trying to reassure him that it is not. What is the perfect start then. Take it he has already made up his mind, what actual compound would you suggest at what dosage. Maybe show him what you accomplished on a similar dosage to help convince him it doesn't take much.
