Ok so this is going to be my 3rd cycle. In the past I have taken 8 week cycle of 100mg Test Prop eod and 50mg of anavar ed I followed this with nolva 40/40/20/20 I had trouble keeping gains from this I finished my cycle weighing 215 and benching 385x3 but after pct was done I was weighing 200-205 if lucky and I went all the way down to only doing 315-325 for 3 reps. My next cycle I took a 10 week 150mg test prop eod, 50mg of anavar ed, .25 ameridex eod as well and followed with the same pct nolva 40/40/20/20. I was doing good with this I kept alot from this cycle all the way up til hte pct ended and I was doing horrible in the gym was up to 220 and hitting 405 for 3 on the cycle now I'm down to 197 somehow and right back to where I was last time strength wise.
My next cycle I have on hand 300IU's of HGH I plan on getting more but I want to use the blast method IM and 10IU post workout 3xweek. I also once again have prop and I have a lot of anavar. I plan on maybe doing 100-150mg of prop eod and maybe 60-80mg of anavar ed with the hgh and 250iu of hcg 3 times a week. I can get more stuff as well it's not a problem.
I want to keep my gains from this cycle I'm tired of busting my ass and losing it all. I did some research on the gainskeeper formula and found so many different ones. I just wnat to know what I need to take to have the best chance of keeping my gains form a cycle. here are some of them and which do you think will work best.
1. Always 80-100g protein and 80-100g maltodextrin shake with 5g of Vitamin C post workout (cortisol protection)
Dbol: 10mg in the morning only for 6 weeks (for cortisol management)
DHEA: 150mg am and pm (for cortisol management) for 6 weeks post
Arimidex: 1mg ed for 6 weeks post
Clomid: 300 (1st day), 100, 100, 50, 50
Bromocriptine, 1.25 ed (week 1), 1.25 ed (week 2), 2.5 ed (week 3,4), 1.25ed (week 5)
Deprenyl: 5mg eod week 6 and 7 only
Zinc: 100mg ed for at least 8 weeks
Magnesium: 800mg ed for at least 8 weeks
Vit B6: 100mg ed for at least 8 weeks
Vit E: 3000-6000iu for 8 weeks
Proviron: 50mg ed, week 1-4
