Does any1 here use this stuff? I was thinking of throwing it in my intra workout shake when I start my pre workout slin again in a few weeks. I usually just drink dextrose with bcaas intra but wanted see if any1 else is using this?

I actually like Size On a lot. I think it's a great intra, and has a very good ingredient profile for the price.

Definitely a good product. Have used it in the past. Little pricey for me for what it is/does but if you got the $ for it, you wont be dissapointed. Gaspari always turns out some good quality products.

It is a bit pricey....but you should try it at least once to evaluate it for yourself.

Idk if they even still do the Size On pre contest but that's what I always used and felt like I benefited from it versus not using anything. Now I just use a BCAA plus EAA mix during and feel like it pretty much accomplishes the same thing.

Interesting to see the positive remarks from posters thus far. I used it several years back in both versions and felt minor gains were made from it. However, with the knowledge I've acquired I feel that I can more precisely target what I want with a company like true nutrition for far less. Thus having more funds available for hormones that are far more impactful with respect to my targets.

The only reason I was considering over what I usually do cuz it was that it's onsale on vitamin shoppes website for $40 with free shipping. Supplement warehouse has it for $35 but they have outrageous shipping charges. Since it has some good positive feedback I'll go ahead and try it out! I'll report some results when I start it with slin protocol in few weeks

I use it on the days I use slin pre workout. Its prob fine how it is but I sometimes adjust it with added carbs or protein.
