I take dumps after, too. But not these bad one's people describe.

If you want something light on your stomach in that sense, but insane pumps try out iForce Hemavol. Just drink a shit ton of water. They say 24-32oz, but I see I needed more.

Try drinking like 15-20oz right before, then taking the 10 capsules and downing another 30-40oz on an empty stomach. Let it sit at least for 30 minutes before you hit the gym.

Pump was insane.

alot of these "pre workout" supplements are just pumped up with Magnesium fillers. i'd rather drink a mix of BCAAs, Creatine Mono, Beta Alanine and 1,3-dimethylamylamine.

that will give you pumps/focus and not make you shart in your pants while doing bent over rows.

I used this product for about a year and loved the effects. I never had any stomach issues so to speak with it. Definitely gave me mad pumps and nice energy/focus.

They all seem the same to me ......I take 2 servings of said pre workout and 12-25mgs of ephedrine and never have a bad workout....caffeine in 400-600mgs doses has been shown to increase anaerobic output suatantially...it gives me 1-2 extra reps....and much less likely to be a poon and do things like deadlifts...squats...front squats...the stuff that sucks.

Btw..most give me the dump and pump affect...i think it's high doses of arginine and/or someone told me it's the coloring thy use

Used no explode, superpump and a few others. But does the added pump in the gym from the pwo drinks add to overall size growth? I lift at night and the caffeine keeps me up so I have discontinued usage.
