So i've been following the 3day igf/slin/gh protocol lately. My only concern is that when im finished workng out I do my Gh, then 20min later my igf, then 10 later my slin. Then waxy maize, then 10min later protien. So I have no carbs in me until 30min after my workout and no protien till 40-45min after workout. Is that too long? I thought you want protien/carbs right away? Would I be better off doing my HGH inject 20min BEFORE i finish my workout, finish the last 20min, then do the IGF after workout, then 10min later the slin, or should I stick to the original? Thanks
